PLASTIC BACKLIT WHITE

This is a quick dry, translucent, single component coating designed to be applied to plastic, backlit sign faces. Typically used as the final coat after color has been applied (either paint or vinyl) this product is formulated for wide compatibility with other brands of translucent plastic sign paints as well as translucent vinyl. VOC Compliant for backlit sign applications.

ACRYLIC-URETHANE 2 COMPONENT PRODUCTS

True automotive grade 2 component acrylic urethanes, Clearstar manufactures clear, white and black as off the shelf products. Special colors are made in batches of 40 gallons or more.

WHITE HIGH SOLIDS AIR DRY PRIMER

This is a quick dry, single component, high solids primer designed to be applied to steel. Will accept two component urethane topcoats. VOC Compliant 3.39 lbs/gl

WHITE TINTABLE PRIMER

ClearShield ® White Tintable Primer is a high-performance, water based primer formulated for use with Clearstar water borne paints as well as traditional solvent based topcoats. Its unique adhesive qualities make it an ideal primer for use on aluminum, steel, expanded urethane foam and wood. VOC Compliant 2.0 lbs/gl w/o water.

WATER BORNE ACRYLIC URETHANE TOP COATS

ClearShield pigmented topcoats are manufactured to customer specification and color. Clearstar maintains a complete set of formulas to match virtually any color including popular ink colors. These high performance colors are suitable for signage, ATM and display manufacturers. They are especially suitable for in field applications where over spray concern prevents the use of solvent borne products or where a high performance product that can be applied by roller is desired. Product may be sprayed or rolled.
